Lunchbox is a midweek event, organised by The Friends on alternate Thursday lunchtimes from January - March and September to December at 12.30pm - 1.30pm. You are invited to bring your own lunch to eat within the church building. Tea, coffee and cake are available to purchase.
This is an opportunity to enjoy eating lunch together and to make new friends before listening to a 30-minute concert or talk beginning at 1pm. The concerts are usually put on by local musicians or schools and are of a very high standard. The talks are by local speakers on a wide variety of subjects including local history, places of interest, ‘a day in the life of …’, national charities or poetry readings.
