Joining The Friends


The Friends' prime mission is to help to maintain and enhance the heritage of this iconic building for future generations and to support the strong musical tradition of the church with its talented choir and beautiful organ.

As a member you will...

  •  Receive a free guided tour of the Priory to enjoy yourself or give to someone you know so that others can be inspired by what they see.
  • Receive invitations to special Friends' events such as the annual Heritage & Faith Lecture, annual Choral Evensong and an annual outing to a place of cultural interest.
  • Enjoy Lunch Box, a fortnightly programme of lunchtime talks and music in the Spring and Autumn.
  • Receive a free copy of the Priory's monthly colour magazine by email and keep in touch with events going on in the Priory.
  • Have the enjoyment of belonging to a like-minded group of people dedicated to supporting one of the finest churches in England.

Methods of Payment
Please pay Annual Membership by Standing Order (now, and then annually on the anniversary of your joining date). One-off life subscriptions may be paid by Direct Bank Transfer or by cheque. BANK DETAILS: Friends of Malvern Priory. Sort Code 20-98-61; Account No. 4000 0973. Please give your surname as a reference.
Payments by cheque (made out to "Friends of Malvern Priory") should be sent to Malvern Priory Parish Office, Church Street, Malvern, Worcs. WR14 2AY.
Payments by cash can be handed in to the Parish Office in Church House or at The Friends' Shop in the Priory, together with a written note stating your name and the purpose of the payment.
